ANALYTICS AND LOG FILES

Signtag may also share and disclose personally identifiable information and any and all Personal Information to third parties when there is a Service Contract between a Client and Freelancer. In this instance, Signtag may share information regarding the work that the Freelancer is working on, including any work history or work log, and the name, address, billing address, or tax ID to the other party to complete any transactions and resolve any disputes. In addition, Signtag may share and disclose personally identifiable information and any and all Personal Information to third parties that are employed to facilitate any Service-related services on behalf of Signtag, such as, without limitation, database management, maintenance, fraud detection, and website management.
