09.30.22 Update - Sign Art, at almost exactly one year, finally installed our sign. They did not know which circuit to connect the lights to and of course the installers never asked. So now we are waiting for the electric to be connected so we can verify the sign is complete. I wonder how long this will take...... I had worked with this company a couple of times over the years with no problems. I ordered a sign almost a year ago and paid half down. We have never received the sign. Terrible communication. I reached out for updates regularly to see where our sign was at. Excuse after excuse. I was patient because of the pandemic and supply chain issues....but they never delivered our sign and never returned our money. Avoid this company!

Our business paid half (thousands) six months ago for a sign that has not been installed. The CEO, accounts receivable and sales person do not return calls to complete the work.

They are amazing, they literally went so above and beyond I wouldn’t even think of using anyone else. And the owner is the sweetest man ever

I have had sign art work on a couple of signs for me in the past I took an existing sign I had to them to get the electrics done on it and a new face put on it. I got the sign back with discolored graphics and the lied about doing the electrics the colors of the sign were wrong and faded.

Extremely unprofessional. They kept stringing me along saying “we are working on it” or “our graphic designer is out” for over 5 weeks to then essentially send me the incorrect logo. When I then tried to address this issue, the manager never responded to my email nor did she call me back after I called. DO NOT use this company. If you need a sign/logo for your business go to Signarama, they are quick and efficient.

Guys unloading very nice but they left all the wood ,medal and screws on trailer. Where ever I delivery signs the guys always clean it out of material.

I love the signs. Installation was flawless, and quick. My sales rep wasn’t great, but I’ve been told he’s no longer with the company, so it’ll be fine moving forward. Good prices too!

After 43 years of doing business with SignArt, they strung me out for 4 months and 2 weeks, only to be told today by Emmett, that they let me down and He would get my $3,500.00 deposit returned. I can only say that you have hurt my business and it’s sad that Sandy does not care about his customers. Horrific experience!!
