All around a great place to get tshirts! Their customer service is excellent, our logos came out perfect, and the turn around time was just right! They were honest and informative and answered every question we had; as well as being very helpful and patient. We will continue to do business with signs unlimited in bossier for all of our printing needs, and no one else. I have no complaints and appreciate the work they did for us.

I had a very bad experience with signs unlimited today. I ordered magnets to go on a truck of ours. Sent the file which has our company logo on it. Went to pick up and pay for today and she handed it to me, it was very low quality and was not up to our standards, the picture was blurry and looked like someone simply copied and pasted and hit print. I showed her some work we had creative advertising do for us using the same file and it was perfect, I asked her what she wanted to do to fix it she told me she was not going to lose money on magnet and was not going to do anything for me that the file we sent was not in the correct format. Ok I’m sorry but that would be your job to let us know so we can get it in whatever format you need. She told me she was not going to do anything for me and she was going report my $60 magnets I refused to pay for to the credit bureau. She grabbed her invoice and told me to leave. She was very rude and she did not try to find a solution so we could resolve this issue. I feel very upset about this situation and I would never treat my customers as she did. She was very unprofessional on how she handled the situation. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Their professionalism was remarkable, will be back for future decals.
