If I could give this place a zero I absolutely would. Do not waste your time or your money getting a sign or any service work done through this company. The owner John has little care of his quality of work that he puts out. All this man cares about is filling his pocket with money. Not only are customers treated poorly but so are his employees. If you want a well built sign and reliable service work then I strongly recommend George Lay Signs.

Best in the business. Ive done so many signs with them and everyone has come out great. Easy to work with and willing to work in a tight schedule. From a led board to 4ft channel letters. I call them. work out a design and finalize it and get the completion date and its done. No worrying about them. Great vendor to our companies.

One star is a gift for this company. Worst customer service I have dealt with. Among sign companies in Wichita, that isn't really saying much. Took them nearly two months after initial consultation to follow up with me. I called multiple times, left messages with the receptionist as they were always "on errands". After two months they didnt even have a mock up ready. Don't waste your time with this company.

Would put zero stars if it was an option. Paid half down for a sign in September, will probably not have the sign before Christmas (they've got 4 days, not looking promising). Continually postponing installation with one lame excuse after another. Salesman made many promises he couldn't deliver. Absolutely horrible to work with. Do yourself a favor and go with another sign company

Sign looks great very happy with results. Installers very polite and professional. Estimate was accurate and design was perfect. Install date was pushed back a couple times but well worth the wait.

Got an estimate for applying vinyl to existing sign boxes. Had an agreement and paid $2500 up front deposit to start the work. After they take the boxes down and back to their shop I get a call. “Your boxes are broke now, so you need new ones. The owner is on vacation so I don’t know what it will cost but it will be expensive “. Over a YEAR later and they give me a new quote for almost $10,000 to replace boxes they broke. I asked for a refund of my $2500 and crickets. This is a joke of a company. Stay far away! My next step is litigation to get my deposit back. Crooks!
