This location ghosted me after sending me an estimate. I couldn't get in touch with them via email or phone so I took my business to the Marietta location where I was promptly helped, given a new estimate and scheduled install within that one phone call.

We are a national sign company. We hired this Fast Signs to install booth dividers (sneeze guards) at a local restaurant. The work was scheduled to complete this past Monday. We received an email from Rida late Monday afternoon advising that another install had gone later than expected and that our install would push into Tuesday. We called Tuesday afternoon to confirm that they were on site. Rida said she would have to find out where their installer was and then hung up. After that we were unable to reach anyone by phone or email and they never showed up. We finally reached the owner this morning who told us that they should never have taken the job for the amount of money they agreed to and that they were too busy to do it and we need to come pick up our material. We are now two days behind on install and without an installer. I would advise strongly against using this particular Fast Signs.

FASTSIGNS was great!! They were easy to work with and very helpful. They are very efficient and had my order ready promptly. Will definitely be using them again!!

From initial inquiry to final application, The entire staff at FASTSIGNS were extremely helpful. They worked with me without hesitation to complete my special project that had many specifics. They did an outstanding job through the entire process. I don't know of any competitor that would have been able to compete. They are high quality and FAST! Thanks all.

Frim the initial phone call, the staff was interested genuinely in helping me. I mainly dealt with Rhonda and she's funny, professional and knows her stuff. I had my first food vending events and my banner and posters of my cakes and logos stood out and drew a crowd to my tent. I am beyond pleased with the service I received and will be contacting them soon for car magnets.
