Absolutely perfect experience! Kathy was always prompt to respond to my emails, friendly, and even picked up my call while she was out to lunch!! Great customer service! They vinyl wrapped our work trailer with custom artwork and used the highest quality vinyl. The design and approval phase was very smooth. I highly recommend SignSmiths if Texas!

I've dealt with sign vendors for years both large and small and one thing that has always been lacking is personal service. Every order we've placed with SignSmiths was handled in a professional, timely manner with the added bonus of a hometown shop that's like working with a really great neighbor. I send everyone I know their direction knowing that they will be in great hands for their sign needs.

Sign Smiths of Texas was a Great Company to work with through the Process of producing an amazing sign for my new business In Murphy, Mattress Stop, USA. They also did our vinyl lettering for our front door to our business, An awesome indoor sign, business cards, and a grand opening banner. Kathy, Zack, Mallory, Chase, Steven, and the rest of the group that helped went above and beyond. Now, my company has a sign that shines like a beacon to let everyone know that we are here to help everyone sleep better.

Mallory and her team worked with us to identify what options we had within our budget, and spent time showing us what each option would look best for the signage we needed. She is knowledgeable on city codes and was professional throughout the design and installation.

Don't wast your time with this company. Mallory will not follow through on what she says and does not hold her folks accountable. We had been working with them for more that 2 months and all we got for our $1,300 deposit was an uninstalled wall sign, window decal that's all wrinkled, and a small real estate sign on the street. They were supposed to install a large post and panel sign on the street, but could not get it approved through the city. After waiting weeks for them to submit a sign design that could be approved, I pushed Mallory for answers, all I got was a bunch of excuses and blaming the city for everything. I had called the city and spoke to the person responsible for reviewing the designs, and they had never received any information for a revised sign design from SignSmith's. Due to their lack of communication and results, I decided to parts ways and find someone else that could get the job done. Oh, and of course their final invoice for services provided just happened to be exact amount as the deposit we gave them...
