I have used Johnson Sign Company for two large sign projects in the past few years and they exceeded my expectations on both projects. Excellent restoration work from JSC, we had a sign (c1960) restored and refaced by them which was a much better option than replacement since municipal codes are much more restrictive today than they were when this sign was originally hung. It's now looking good as new!

Jim and the team are the best! I had amazing customer service with every person I encountered. The sign they made for the front of our business is awesome and at night, the glow so fresh and clean cut, better than others I've seen around. Something went wrong during the process, our monitor wasn't calibrated correctly while approving the design and there was some confusion about getting just the right shade of yellow-gold becuase of the differences with CMYK and RGB. It was no problem. They met with us immediately and fixed the problem without even charging us extra. It's clear that customer satisfaction is their main priority.

Terrible and lazy service. Extremely rude and disrespectful owner. Not only disrespected myself, but my EMPLOYEES and CUSTOMERS as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
