The worst sign company ever! Does not own up to the “warranty”. Been waiting since May to get my letters replaced on my awning. Maybe they’re just waiting for it to expire to say “sorry your warranty expired”. I will never recommend them! Worst customer service!! They say they will call you back, they don’t! They say you’re on the schedule for this week: LIES! Don’t use this company if you think you will have good customer service in the future after paying thousands! I will share this on all social media I can!

Aldo (the owner) and his team are very professional, and they did an excellent job for our relocation of Red, Wine & Brew in Westlake. He also went above and beyond to help-out after the completion of the job and provided great customer service. Look forward to doing business with him!

Our project was a strenuous year long process and BNext Signs was there every step of the way. Before we got out sign Aldo provided us with Coming soon sign with our logo. It was really nice. When we finally got our 1st out door sign. It was so awesome, that we had BNext do another, this time indoors! Both signs are led lit, beautiful, & unique! They literally change every color, which gives a different look. The signs were worth every penny! No other company in the area could do what Aldo has done for our company! For that we are grateful! If you want a reasonably priced unique sign, at BNext Signs, Aldo is your man!

BNEXT Signs & Awnings was a blessing for me, my business front sign was destroyed by high winds. I searched for a company to replace and INSTALL it for me. We had Aldo with BNext come out and quote our sign project for a new business. Upon doing so, Aldo left with a deposit for a sign that we were told would take 2-3 weeks to come in and install, this was in September. Aldo ghosted us for six months. No phone calls or text messages to inform us of the projects completion date after countless attempts to reach him. He took our deposit and we didn't hear from him for 6 months. He randomly showed up one day last week to put the sign up and upon doing so demanded payment for his work immediately and was extremely rude in our place of business. This was the first time we've heard from him in 6 months. I would highly recommend staying far away from Aldo and this business unless you want to be taken advantage of.

I’ve been doing business with Aldo & Company for awhile and they never seem to disappoint, I simply make a call and they’re here the nxt day to do their measurement's, see exactly what’s needed, and in a very reasonable amount of time they’ll be there and install with no issues. They complete everything with no liability for you or your business. I will continue to give BNext my business and I 100% recommend everyone to do the same.
