I went in person and had the clerk there measure an existing sign I had and wanted it duplicated. Then I gave measurements for 2 more signs I wanted made. The woman sent me and email with a quote that was totally backwards and incorrect. I corrected the errors and sent the email back asking her to fix the quote and send it back with the corrections. The first email said "Note, we are waiving art set-up charge." The second email was even more incorrect than the first one, which makes no sense at all because all she had to do is cut and paste what I wrote and add prices! Not only that, the second email said "$80.00 = Art set-up/Design for all signs." I wrote back again saying that it is still wrong and I am going to look for a different business to do the signs because she couldn't seem to get the quote correct AND she all of a sudden added the $80.00 for Art set-up/Design. She wrote back saying "Good luck. I'm sorry you are having problems." This just made me laugh because I'm not the one having problems, YOU ARE! I cant speak about the actual work that this business does but it appeared to be pretty good from what I saw. I just think that the woman they have working there is very unprofessional and needs to some help with her customer service, or lack there of. If you order from them, READ THE QUOTE TWICE and make sure they don't try to change the price on you half way through the project!
