Products are high quality. Fastsigns is exactly that we had two events back to back with not a lot of turn around time but they were able to get it done. Marisha is excellent and provides great customer service.

I just want to say that I really enjoy working with Glen and the team at the downtown Baltimore office. They are always a pleasure to work with, even when working under pressure.

FastSigns Baltimore provides excellent service and is very easy to work with. Their staff provide prompt responses to questions and their system is easy to use. They always provide a proof of their work for you to approve prior to making the final product to ensure there are no errors on the sign or award plaque. I use them every year for employee recognition awards and would recommend them to anyone.

SURPRISED AND DISAPPOINTED. Now 4 weeks ago, I walked the property for 45 minutes with the installer Eric who took measurements and a list my needs. My encounter with Eric was professional and he was very knowledgeable. He told me he would give the information to the office who would then give me a quote. I’ve called their office at least 6 times to follow up. At first the manager told me the person who was handling my order would be in contact with me. After a week, I was told by Samantha that no one had my information. She was never helpful at all. I asked her to speak with the manager TWICE on separate occasions, no call back. Called again and spoke with Samantha 4-5 more times. I explained that I really didn’t want to start over and have to walk the property again. My order was pretty significant. At first she told the person (Eric) was out sick and he’s the only one that had my information. Every time after that, she seemed confused. I said I was confused, she said she was as well. She promised to call me back with updates twice, she never did. The only reason that I didn’t give up after being given the run around, is because I’ve used Fast Signs in the past and never had issues. Moreover, I invested 45 minutes walking the property with Eric and didn’t want to start over with a new vendor. Unfortunately that’s what I’ll be doing at this point. Clearly, Fast Signs is NOT the same as it was some years ago when I used their services. Very much disappointing. Be aware of potential unprofessional behavior, poor communication, and certainly NOT “fast” service.

FastSigns helped us out by adding the grommets to our French pastry Shop signs. They did it within the hour. Thank you again!
