Let me start off by saying Carl and his team are amazing!!!!!! I had a full store front sign done and while the work is Phenomenal that isn’t even what won me over. The process from start to finish is stellar! I tried using 3 other sign companies before coming to iCandy and the processes in place were not suffice to get the job done! When you call iCandy to get a quote he sends his guys out within a day or two . Then immediately allows you to work on the design with him. We emailed back and forth making tweaks to the design for about a week until it was perfect . 2 days later he had his guys install. I wasted months dealing with the other companies. If you are looking for a store front sign in Ocala definitely choose iCandy ! You will not be disappointed !

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. They did not have last my order ready when promised. Ended up waiting over 2 weeks for only 10 hats to get embroidered because they don't do in house embroidery. They did not even call to tell me my order was not going to be ready on time either. Then when order was finally ready for pick up the design was screwed up and then they acted like it was my fault when I was very clear about what I wanted. The comment I got from them on this 10 hat embroidery order was, "Oh I thought that's what you meant." They still charged my credit card even though the design was stiched incorrectly. Needless to say I will not be returning there for any more business. Sad because this was the 3rd time doing work with them and they were great the first 2 times.

Opening a new business in a new city makes it difficult to know who to trust with your decal & signage needs. The guys at iCandy Designz not only met our expectations but totally exceeded them! The quality, price and turn around time was excellent!!

The quality of their work is excellent. They have totally transformed the look of my car . Striping , the windshield Banner and Flags on both rear fenders .

Called ICandy Designz and spoke with Javier, who was great and answered my numerous questions. At the appointment I spoke with Larry, who installed the tint. Larry is very interested in customer satisfaction and after a 15 minute discussion, I ended up tinting the car legal, which comes with a great warranty. Coming from Indiana, I didn’t know tint lasts a little less because of the hot environment. A great small business, they also do vehicle wraps, shirts Etc. They treat people the right way!

I don't know that anyone has the time to read all of the awesome things I have to say about this place . . Seriously. My first interaction with Carl was via email and all I needed was a poster sized photo printed. He treated me as if I was a top notch quality customer, even though I was only a $25 or so paying customer. It was no surprise when we got a new car, they came to mind about getting some vinyl added. We started off with the Tint, which is flawless and very competitively priced. Then he worked with me for weeks.... I was without a doubt annoyingly overwhelming at times, but he NEVER ceased to treat me like I was family. He literally guided me every step of the way. I finally made a decision and got our project done today....and I can't wait for the next. These guys seriously are top notch and I wouldn't go anywhere else, without a doubt, EVER if I need something. Major kudos to this crew.... I also had the pleasure of meeting Steve today, the owner, and he is just as down to earth and happy to make a customer happy. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Had a great experience. The team really takes care of their clients. We loved their service so much we committed to partnering with our Advertising coffee shop and doing all our designs and signage for many years. Highly recommend them
