Good quality and so is service. I ordered 2 retractable banners from Urban Sign&Print for my conference booth. These guys did a great job. They even adjusted my graphics free of charge because the production file was a little off. When the order was complete I picked up the banners at their downtown location.Overall great service and turnaround time.Greatly recommended!

I called on a Monday morning about having some stickers made for an event on Saturday. The finished product was delivered to my doorstep by early that afternoon! In addition to top notch service, their work is great quality, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

They left me no choice but to give them a One Star! I was needing a rush order (within 3 days) so I called Urban Signs beforehand to make sure they could fulfil the order. After I expressed to them what I needed, I was told that it would not be a problem, and to go online to place my order. I wanted to make sure before I wasted my/their time which is why I called first. The very next day, I received a cancelation email with an explanation that "they could not fulfil the order because they did not have enough inventory", so I called the gentleman back from the day before thinking it was some type of mistake and he mentioned he was going to call his production team to find out what happened and would give me a call right back, but I never received a call. I understand mistakes can be made; however, I wasted my time altogether and now do not have time left to go anywhere else to fulfil an order that I needed on short notice. This coupled with the fact that he never had the decency to call me back is why I gave them One Star! Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible to get customer service anymore and I do not recommend Urban Signs. There are too many companies in San Diego to give them your business. Go elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.
