We spent many hours creating our PLINKO board for our NonProfit (for carnivals and celebrations and such). Yet when we attaching the the logos and such by painting, printing and gluing, copying onto sticky clear plastic - - we were a total FAIL. We came to KORT Sign Design and Amy took us under her warm wings. She sourced the correct fonts and the four very specific colors needed, she found our large round logo and our "Brand name" and even printed terrific numbers for the 12 winning prize slots. She even applied the printed work directly onto the PLINKO board making it that much easier for us. We were amazed at how quickly she turned this over to us - proofs, modified proofs, and in just over a week we had the most impressive, beautiful, artful PLINKO board around! Her price was most competitive (better than the "Big Box" stores) and her work was spot on! KORT Sign Design's business card is applied to the back of our PLINKO board so that all future projects will go straight to the talented experts who have earned our business going forward!

KORT did a great job of creative problem solving and providing options/solutions when deadlines became compressed. They were a true partner and produced a fabulous product. The level of customer service was fantastic! I would highly recommend!

Steve and the staff at KORT are fantastic. We have used them a handful of times now. High quality products that stand the test of time, and look great. Delivered faster than expected too. I would sincerely describe the staff as professional, courteous, and passionate about what they do.

I paid for a product on 7/9 and it was just sent ups today 7/31. They failed to tell me they were shutting down for a week to move. They failed to follow up with me on about 95% of the time so it was me always chasing them, calling them, emailing them, IMing to get any feedback or status. With such a high score on Google, I expected so much more. In fairness, I am a out of town client. However, if they did not want my business, they should have told me up front and set my expectations. I have not received the product yet so I really hope that they arrive with no issue and are worth the cost. I will follow up this up with the quality of the product.
