They told me right from the start, CMYK 300 dpi, not at the end so I had to redo everything, so that's a plus too! Virtually the most painless experience getting a banner printed. Not only that, for the price their banners are much higher quality than their competitors! Great experience ( gave instructions, they listened), earned a customer for life. I am truly impressed.
