I don’t even know where to start with this review. I can’t say enough good things about Rob. he’s personable, attentive and goes above and beyond. He grew up in the sign business and has done it his whole life. If you want Quality at a fair price, there’s not a better place in Ocala. he doesn’t have a big shop with a bunch of overhead. that’s why you get the better rate on the prices, but you still get the quality work. if you like, you can go to the bigger shops where they will tell you things like, “Right cost money” and pay the higher prices to pay for their overhead, (DON’T BUY THE LIE), you’re paying the higher prices, because they have way more overhead. Basically, you’re paying their power bills, payroll, insurance, etc. when talking with the owner Rob, you can clearly see he prefers to stay low key in a smaller facility to keep his overhead low in order to pass that savings onto his customers with affordable prices without sacrificing quality. Rob was a absolute pleasure to interact with. He stands behind his work and if you’re not happy, you will not leave the shop until you are, he’ll make sure of it. A standup guy. great business! Company i work foor had our trucks decked out with business info on em. Quality work at reasonable price. Im ready for my garage to get done buddy. Got dimensions and pics, need better adhesive though, sample stuff you gave me didnt stick too well. Excited to get it done. Once again, nice work.

I reached out to this company for a new sign for our small business because of their reviews and the fact that it appeared to be a small business in our area. I got a voicemail upon initial call on a Thursday, Sept 22 stating to text the number for info (VM was full). I texted and Robert reached back out to me. I told him what we were looking for and we spoke again on the phone. He told me he had been to our shop and would treat the sign as it was his own. He stated by the next day (Friday, Sept 23) he would have a proof for me. I never heard from him. Texted him Monday, Sept 26 and again Friday, Sept 30. Called and emailed him numerous times within the two. Never heard back. Finally, he emailed me back on Oct 3 asking if I still needed the sign. I said yes please that same day. Here we are, three days later, with no response after several emails and phone calls to follow up in between Monday and today. I understand being busy, but a simple text with an update would be sufficient. Very disappointing.
