The best service ever! Our taxi signs look amazing! We already have new business after only 2 days. The designs they came up with are perfect. We will be using Sign Pro again!

We have been working with sign pro for years, from truck decals, to banners, they have helped us to get the message out for our business that we’re aiming for. They’ve always been honest and super hard-working, letting us know all of our options. They just finished a banner for us, and we were heading out of town having forgotten to pick it up, and they generously dropped it off at our D construction site for no charge. We’re really grateful to have them as part of our community.

Dealt with Joe at Sign Pro. In the past I had dealt with Kathy (who was great), but apparently she has moved on. Got a quote from Joe and said I wanted to go ahead with the order but needed my deals by mid-January (Ordered end of Dec). He said no problem. Time goes by and its now mid January and Joe is not responding to my emails. I then call and talk with Joe and he says he will check on my order and get back to me. Another week goes by with no communication from Joe. I call Joe again and talk with him. He states that my order will be arriving Feb 6th and he said he will shoot me an email tomorrow with the invoice and estimated delivery day/time. Tomorrow goes by and nothing! I then call back and Joe is on vacation and another gentleman Randy talks to me about my order. Apparently Joe never even put in my order!!! I tried to keep my money local and I get downright horrible customer service in return. Joe should not have a job and Sign Pro needs to get their act together. I was calm and nice throughout the whole process, but will no longer be doing business here.

I just lost someone very close and very dear to me, and in these types of situations time isn’t always in abundance for things you need to get done. Ryan has gone out of his way to help provide loving memorial mementos on very short notice. Fantastic humans deserve support. Thanks Ryan, I’ll be recommending Sign Pro for sure.
