I have spent a lot of time in the sign business. Currently i work in marketing and my company needed someone to diagnose a giant LED board that's approx 100' to the top. I called several, after getting the runaround with yesco who made promises that they didn't keep, and found victor. The response time and communications from them were impeccable. The service tech showed up with the appropriate crane truck and went right to work. He contacted the manufacturer and within 2 days ( there was alot wrong with it) he had us diagnosed and a path to getting everything corrected. This was refreshing as many customers know, sign shops have a tendency to over promise and under deliver. Not here, Victor signs really impressed me and if i wasn't so far away, they would have my application to go with the many thanks i have for them. Keep up the great work over there!

So far my experience has been great. They have been one of the only sign companies in the area to actually show up. We didn't have to chase them down. They are halfway through our sign replacement.
