We contracted a job to rebuild an awning (metal frame, vinyl covering) that had been damaged. They did an excellent job---were communicative about the details, responsive about any questions I had, and came in on budget and about five days ahead of schedule. We had gotten an estimate from another company that was higher and that recommended against Thrifty Sign, saying that they may be cheaper but that they would be unreliable and late. I'm very glad we went with Thrifty Sign.

Very disappointed in dealing with this company. Initially, we were told that it would require four men and three days to install our awning, thus the extremely high labor charge. In actuality, it took two men, three hours. Recently, we contacted the company to come back and set up our awning for the summer. The owner quoted us a price of $250.00 to do so when we purchased it. Kevin, (not quite certain what his title is), left us a message that the cost to set it up “would be about $380.00, well, lets just round it off to $400.00). This type of arrogance does not sit well with us. Apparently, Kevin has yet to master the art of good business. If money is of no object and you don't mind repeated calls to rectify ill-planned construction, then , by all means , give them a call. We choose to deal with those that treat us as valued and respected customers.

Had a hanging sign and a wall banner created by AA Thrifty. They did a fantastic job at a great price! About a week or so after installation, had an issue with the sign. I called Kevin, my salesman. Less than 30 minutes later their truck was outside with sign installers, and Kevin. The situation was addressed immediately. Great prices, Great design, great Service!

Customer service went out the window with this one! Approach with care.

So we called yesterday, the receptionist, who is very inept, told me that someone would get back to me. Well, it never happened, and when I called back today, she had the audacity to tell me that "I'm not the only one". Guess what...they're not the "only one".
