From the very beginning, Signs By Tomorrow's service was on point! Excellent communication, easy to work with. I was able to create and receive my retractable sign for my music business in less than 24 hours. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend!

The service and communication among the staff was truly incredible. The staff went out of their way to make multiple changes to our design without hesitation and still completed the manufacturing of over 150 items in under 3 days. Further, our Soldiers loved the plaques!

I went to this location as it was right down the street and I was super excited to have this service so close. However, by experience has been less than desirable. I ordered the below sign and lettering and it was stated to be done by Monday and it wasn't ready until a Wed. Fine, but then I had the below problem they admitted they knew it was likely to happen, and didn't warn me, then did nothing to correct the problem that is clearly their product line. It has been several weeks and I came back from a trip and the sign looked like this. I took the pictures to the store today and the manager stated that they have been aware of this problem and they said I needed to repaint the walls as "new" paint has a "easy" clean feature that does not allow their vinyl to stick to the wall. I then stated, so you are saying all of your products have this issue. He stated "yes" and "3M is scrambling to fix this problem". This tells me they knew this would likely be an issue and they did not warn customers that this could possibly happen and save them from wasting their money. The manager continued to tell me that I need to repaint my walls they the sticker will adhere to the wall, but he could not tell me which type of paint, or anything that would be somewhat helpful. This solution also doesn't make sense for me to spend upwards of $1000.00 to repaint my entire studio space in order to get a $50.00 sticker to adhere to a wall. The manager had no desire to rectify the situation and clarified it was my problem. I do not recommend going to this place as they knew their products were defective and sold it to me anyways, and apparently did the same to many others as they have been aware of this issue before I came in. Poor customer service, poor products.
