Do not ever use this company, they are liars! They came by my shop 3 times when I wasn’t there to “fix” my signs. The first time they came they fixed the sign and said they would be back for the second sign, they never came, lady calls and asks for money and I replied you never came back for the second sign, she said she did and they replaced a transformed on it. I said that’s funny bc the transformer isn’t whats wrong with it, it’s the pully string, it needs to be replaced. They came fixed the string and calls me today and claims they put another transformer on it, not a new pully string. So she’s trying to charge me for a 3rd transformer when all that sign needed was a new string. She said really rudely to me “ummm does it light up?” And I said “YES IT ALWAYS LIT UP JUST NEEDED A NEW PULLY” don’t go to these people. Waste of time and money.

Denny and his team are very responsible, attentive, and hungry to win business. After the business was won and the check was cut, some people would move on to the next "sale"... Not here... Denny stayed engaged the whole time during manufacturing and installation of the sign, often times professionally handling the emotion that comes with deadlines, expectations, and hard dollars spent. Their design was spot on... their customer service showed daily how proud they were of the product, and they remained dedicated to us as we work through understanding all of the functionality of the sign. We highly recommend Signature Signs! They were great to work with and we had only the best experience with every employee. They understood clearly what we were looking for and were extremely knowledgeable in what would best fit our needs. The process was great from beginning to end and we are extremely happy with the results. They were also very fair. We get compliments on our signs all of the time.
