I ordered 8 hanging A-Frame signs, and noticed one broke after a single use, 2 others began to break at the corners under the grommets. Please note: When placing your order, it's important to discuss/consider the material being used, and sometimes that can get missed during a hectic or busy time of the day. I inadvertently agreed to a material that is too fragile for my intended use. The Franchisee is standing behind his work and replacing all of the signs with a stronger material...Thank you, Roy :-)

Went above and beyond to help me complete my vehicle graphics with contact info so that they would look their best, and matched the font on their own without needing my help. Placed the info exactly where I would have wanted without me even having to tell them. Excellent work.

I needed a specific size and material for a Signature decal. All was available but in the middle of negotiating a compromise they simply said, No. Were not interested and because what I was asking for , she said, It was challenging to create and she didn’t want to keep failing and tell me we can’t do it. So in other words, It was to risky and afraid to fail and so not even try. I don’t know how a business can stay in operation with that attitude. It was the first time ever a business told me they were not interested for my business.
