Bob and his team are amazing. I called at the last minute to get a Tiffany & Co. themed backdrop for my birthday dinner and not only were they affordable, they also finished a day early!! FASTSIGNS on Baymeadows not only provides several fantastic services, but they are also comprised of an amazing staff that will ALWAYS treat you with respect, kindness, and dignity. However, there is one individual that I would like to specifically call out here in this review... her name is Leslie (no last names because we all know how creepy individuals strolling through the Googz can get). From the moment I spoke with the company to get a quote on a basic banner, Leslie has been my go-to FASTSIGNS representative (which has been around 6-7 separate occasions now, I believe). With each and every order, she has gone the extra mile to ensure they were completed on time, met every single requirement (and then some), and were each treated with the utmost care until the moment the order was in my hands. To wrap up (it wasn't that long, calm down) - FASTSIGNS is great and they have one of the BEST teams in their industry. No matter where you go, local or online, I assure you they will be #1. I'm not just blowing smoke; I have tried several online/local retailers and yet NO ONE came close to the service, process, and product provided by Leslie and her team (and a majority of the time, the price was either the same or just a tad higher [for the quality]).
