I took several shirts to them for imaging. The 1st go around everything was fine. I took the same shirts and quantities for a 2nd printing and was not informed before printing on my shirts that the price would be double as to the owner’s words” you were charged the wrong price 1st time”. I stated shouldn’t I have been notified of this before you printed on my shirts? So now where do we go from here? I offered an amicable solution of us splitting the difference down the middle. The owner was rude and unprofessional telling me “he’s not Santa Clause and that the price was final. I said well please compensate me for the loss of my tshirts he laughed and said “I’ll sand blast my ink off and return your shirts. They will be of no use then.” How unprofessional!!!

They lack the capacity to work on new orders but will take them either way. First time we worked with them our t-shirts took a long time to be ready and on top of that they sat in their shop for a week and I had to call to know they were ready. The second time we worked with them communication was non-existent, and for two weeks they said they were waiting for all of the sizes to arrive to their shop. Despite having all of the sizes of our t-shirts for a week order they didn't work on them. Two weeks after the order was placed they did nothing but to say "I'll update you this week" and then never contacting us.

Frank O and his team of printers are simply AMAZING! I can call, email, or drop in with a barely formed idea and they can turn it into a wonderful printed item. The turnaround time is fabulous, and their customer service is excellent!

I'd like to say I read the comment saying owner is rude. I highly doubt that I have done business with clear images and they're always professional and on top of your order. I could see Frank not getting walked down by someone but he's always been professional and aiming to please. Also I don't think you'll find better value in Toledo for printed materials and advertising products!

Clear Images is the ONLY place I go for custom screen printing and amazing embroidery! They have amazing results and are priced right! I would highly recommend!!!
