I got a sign for my business through Alex. Overall the process wasn't bad. The communication was only there when Alex wanted his money. I got my sign installed which the sign wasn't what we discussed. Though I needed it installed so I just took it how it is. ( I should have said something overall I didn't because my business was already 3 months behind and a sign plays a big part in being seen. That is why I just accepted it. The logo was my logo just was incorrect with how I wanted the design to be and what we agreed on via text. I may end up going to court for it because I did end up paying this guy in full and no response like everyone else in the reviews has stated. Messaged him in regards to hook up, no information. Messaged him in regards to the sign itself, no message. Lastly, recently found out they didn't properly install the sign. Yes it sits correct but overall the sign doesn't have screws to hold it correctly. They didn't install the top correctly with adhesive so if it blows hard enough it'll wiggle on top because of them not properly making sure it was secure from the beginning. Overall, I wouldn't recommend him. He has yet to respond and I just plan to go about it in a different manner because I don't have more time to waste with an issue that should've been fixed let alone to at least get a response..

Extremely poor customer service. They misquoted us, cussed us after we’d made the first half payment-it is in two set payments-, refused to get a permit, refused to remove the sign when they illegally installed it, cussed us at that point, waited until well after we opened to get the permit, refused to return our calls, texts, and emails, half installed the sign and disappeared for two weeks. I’ve been waiting for this SIX MONTH nightmare to end before I posted this. The guys who physically put the sign in were nice. The owners and everyone who works in that building is terrible. Worst experience I’ve had with any company. I was talking to my lawyer by the end. Do not use them. Recommend them to your enemies.

Alex is very responsive and sign proofs and installation was all very fast. After shopping around, he had the best price. We did not know at the start the service would also be excellent. This is our 2nd sign installation at our new business after making a logo change. Happy to highly recommend Alex and his team!
