Unfortunately, I would not recommend using Signarama or East West Sign Group. My company has a growing fleet of vehicles (4 currently) with three more on order. All vehicles have been wrapped by their team. Unfortunately, every vehicle has had to go back 2-3 times for fixes upon delivery. Most recently, we hired them to wrap a 2022 service van (same make and model and identical body style as they had wrapped previously in 2020). The design is off and looks different to the blind eye. Additionally, letters were ripped and pushed back together on our logo – very noticeable and far from expected. We were told that we approved the proof and could pay to get the problem fixed. I was hopeful that given our long-standing relationship that the customer would be cared for. Unfortunately, we paid in full as opposed to pay the 50% deposit. We’ve since secured a new partner that is able to stand behind their product.

Vetegrity, LLC’s lobby and conference room signs look fantastic! Jeff Rives and the East West Signs Group team were great to work with from the initial design meeting through installation. Their customer service and follow through during the entire process was excellent; they efficiently resolved an issue that came up during our project. We highly recommend them!

Our Brand was just introduced to the Maryland market last year. We were given East West Sign Group's information from our corporate office, from day 1, Jeff and his team has provided A+ customer service and has been extremely responsive to any of our email communications. The attached photo is our Canton location with Rotunda opening soon. East West Sign has also completed our Rockville location. Amazing & Quality work !!!!!!!

They had one of their people in my office yesterday very pleasant to work with. They did several decals on our walls and a wrap around our Demo Lab. It all came out spectacular. Couldn't be more pleased.

Jeff and Erica were a pleasure to work with. We were not exactly sure what we wanted but with their guidance and expertise we got what we wanted. The signage in our office looks amazing. They were professional from start to finish. There were lots and lots of revisions since we were not sure what we wanted, they worked contiguously until we were happy with the final look. I spoke with three different sign companies before hiring East West Signs, the best sign company out there, in my opinion.
