Challenging Situation Mitigated! *from a previous 1-star experience* Objective: re-order a flag (ordered from this company a year ago) that did not hold up to the elements. Communications between myself, our property manager and CR&A Custom's Director, Client Experience Frank Plaice was a bad experience. I sent in a reorder and was met with multiple levels of rude emails from Mr Plaice. When attempting to communicate our misunderstanding, Frank refused to confirm or work with us to provide a solution. Definitely not the attitude to have when working with customers. Scott called me personally and explained the products, timelines, and answered my questions. Very professional with a productive work ethic. I greatly appreciate this personable solution to the audacious experience. We ordered and will continue business with CR&A Custom's. Thank you much!

These people are amazing. I found these guys on Google, called in the morning for complex a rush job needed the same day. Fredi Alva, customer service, was professional, very helpful, communicated with me throughout the day on status, and called me to inform me the job was ready to be picked up at 4.15p the same day.The staff are excellent and proactive, and I strongly recommend you work with these awesome people if you have a need.
