As others have said, they are EXTREMELY slow to do anything. They take your money, then drag their feet. Other shops are much faster. If you use them, have a sign ALREADY fully designed and measurements/materials given to them or they will make a basic sign for you and charge you out the gazoo. They also removed a sign for me, was TOLD that I was keeping the sign (it's in email correspondence) and the geniuses removed it. I have since spoken to Kevin Karl or whatever in person and email, and still have not received the sign. Guess they'll be paying me $5000 for it in court, huh? Yeah, hi Kevin! Don't call me now or "find time to stop by". I have time for you today though.

We were way past ready for a new sign at our office in Cayce. I called Flagship Signs on a Friday afternoon around 3pm and they had someone in my office in less than 2 hours. We took measurements, came up with a design, within a week they had secured permitting and fabrication began. The were on schedule with everything they committed to and our beautiful new sign was installed on the date they said it would installed by. We are thrilled with the sign and their customer service was fabulous! Thanks for a great job!

I was in a crunch trying to get my signs up before my grand opening and Flagship pulled through. Not only did they deliver on time but I couldn't have asked for better quality and customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend Flagship to anyone looking to get outdoor or interior signage.

The service and experience with this company has been horrible. They do not keep their word and take their time coming out to do work that was already paid for. 2 months is a long time to have to wait, there is no reason for that!

Joel and his crew are great to deal with. They are fast and very reasonably priced and they made some outstanding signage for our office. They even assisted us with the additon of a metal awning that enhanced our side entrance. If you want personal service, attention to detail and someone who will be honest with you about what your business needs for it's signs, call them. You won't regret it!

Christian at Flagship is the bomb! I tried to use another sign company who did absolutely NOTHING for almost a month and completely ignored my requests. Flagship jumped in and had some proposals of unique signs within a couple of days. My sign is installed and AWESOME!
