I am also a small business owner for 26 years and I just want to say it's hard to be perfect, therefor a bad review may not be what it seems. To e/mail a small business for service may not be the best route because there's not always time to to check e/mails on the regular when your business is a practical one as apposed to sitting behind a desk all day. So I always call and these guys get back asap. I would not use anyone else, their service, politeness and punctuality are appreciated. Oh and I have a 30 year old hand made huge neon sign and these guys get it going every time, where as most companies would say you need a new one. My sign is sentimental to me! Pasadena signs was awesome to work with. Jerry was accurate with every timeline he gave and my sign was delivered as promised and 3 years later it's flawless with no problems!

Pasadena signs were awesome to work with. They were very responsive and easy to get a hold of through the whole process. The sign was done and installed much sooner then expected and it looks great, exactly what was needed, and quoted. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT BOTHER with Pasadena Signs. As a small business myself, I wanted to bring my project to a local, small business. But I sent an email on 11/18 to the email address listed on the website. I waited patiently for someone to get back to me. On 11/27 I decided to call to see if my email was received. I was told it was and that Gary would call me around noon that same day. By 3pm, I had no call. I called again at 3:30pm and was informed that Gary or Jerry would call me before the end of day, if not by Monday. No one called - not on 11/27 and not that Monday either. I called on Tuesday morning (12/3) and was once again promised a call as soon as Gary was off of the other line. NO CALL - NO BUSINESS. I just called back today (12/4) to inform them I was taking my business elsewhere. It shouldn't be that hard!!!! Poor customer service and they clearly don't live up to their promises.

We recently had a new sign done for our church and are very pleased with the work done by Jerry, Alex and Gary. The only down side was a lack of communication when the project wasn't done as soon as we had expected. However, once I called Jerry, he apologized, came right out and got us taken care of immediately. I am so glad that we stuck it out with this company and would highly recommend them for signage needs.
