Highly disappointed with my service and the product they provided. First used Bootz & Duke in 2017 and worked with Nadine, who was awesome, and had a great experience. Referred several friends over the years to them because of that. This year I am opening a new location and worked with Chris G and it was an awful experience. The sign that was installed didn't match the colors that was presented and agreed upon. When it was pointed out Chris agreed that it indeed did not match what we had agreed upon but then informed me that they could fix it but would be charging me over $600 to correct the error. Second issue was after the installation they were to come back out to finish the power connection once the build out got to that point. When we were ready I attempted email and calling Chris for 2 weeks with no response. When we finally connected his exact words were, "I get 5,000 emails a day so I can't always get back to people." I had talked to a Supervisor with this company about my overall experience and was told he would get back to me but I have yet to hear back. Definitely will not be using them again and will no longer be referring to them.

Been using this company for 15 years. They do quality work and the service has always been top notch. They've always been great at working with ideas until the design is perfect.
