Horrible communications and business ethics. I was ordering a commercial banner for a space for sale. I canceled an order for the order, they "lost" the email with my cancellation request. Yet they received my approval email with the request of installation date and never let me know. Then I get an invoice of completion and tell me there's nothing they can do but charge me. Of all my sign companies I have worked with, this was unprofessional and unethical.

This company manufactured and installed a 3 x 8 foot lighted sign on the front wall of our business. When the lighting failed I spoke with salesperson Tom. Tom assured me that a tech would be dispatched for repair. That was 6 weeks ago. No tech and no follow-up phone call. We hired an electrician and the "ballast" was replaced within 30 minutes. He felt obliged to inform us that the sign is a "disaster" waiting to happen. Wires were left uncovered and resting against a hole ripped into the back of the sign. Rather than run the wires through the appropriate hole and run them through insulated conduit, he placed a gash in the cabinet. This gash and lack of insulation will no doubt allow water into the cabinet and the jagged edges of the sign are perfectly set to cut the wires. This job and the company's service is a "fail." It is amazing that other customers have not posted similar issues.
