Mallory Davis and the entire Image360 Baltimore Downtown team did it again!!!! We had another opportunity to work with the team on our illuminated storefront and blade signs, as well as vinyl wall graphics. Once again, the professionalism and responsiveness of the entire team was unmatched. We communicated our ideas and they were executed flawlessly. We were very impressed with the workmanship and impeccable execution of these projects. We are BEYOND satisfied with this team and will definitely reach out for our future needs!!!

For the barricade wrap project that we recently worked on, Mallory was amazing with managing the entire project from beginning to end, Jesse did an amazing job creating the vinyl barricade wrap and the wrap installation work that Bernard completed was impeccable.

Mallory was simply a delight to work with, was very responsive and attentive from the beginning and made the process so much easier that I thought it was going to be, even though everything was very last minute. Jesse also took time to let me know what kind of files I needed to send in order to fix pixilation that was showing up on their end and gave me a FLAWLESS result! Image 360 designed, produced, and installed a banner that hangs on the outside of our building. They also created and installed lettering that is stuck onto our storefront glass window. The window lettering includes our logo and customer colors. The work was superb! Really well done. The communication was strong...not too much and not too little. We are so happy with the responsiveness, timely and professional installation and how they do it. It just seems like "Magic" that I have this idea, I write it down, and Image360 makes it happen!

I needed to brand some leather gloves and wasn't sure how to go about it. Image360 was recommended to me with the explanation that they find solutions to the out of the ordinary. Boy did they deliver! They were able to laser engrave logos on my gloves that looked like an amazing "branding", very detailed, very clean, very precise. I was amazed. Not only was the work exceptional, the customer service even more so. My experience in this post-covid world is that customer service has fallen by the way side— but not at Image360. They were very responsive, communicated as the job progressed and were very pleasant to work with. This is the stuff that sets companies apart. I'd recommend them to everyone.
