I chose to reach out to this company to design and install my business sign because it is advertised as a small locally owned company, and the glowing 5 reviews. Unfortunately, they fell short, and ended up wasting 2 months. It almost felt like they didn't want do business with me and didn't want say so upfront (I wish they did) I made contact on early September and worked with Sam Clark, who did not seem interested in my project. He never did a site survey, reached out to the city ( I have a contact in the Hilliard office), or give me an estimate for the project. After following up several times for over a month and half and often getting contradicting responses if any at all, I gave up. I reached out to another company, who were on site the next day to discuss the project with me in person, gave me a mock up and an estimate in two days and project is scheduled for installation. I understand

I have bought numerous pieces of vinyl from Eric Lehner, as a matter of fact, they made all of the decals for all of my company trucks. I had ZERO problems, every one of the staff members were very courteous and professional. Eric even offered to come by my shop and help installing the vinyl FREE OF CHARGE, on his personal time after work. I can’t say enough about these people and this company. Great prices, Great people and an even better experience. I RECOMMEND LEGNER SIGNS FOR ALL OF YOUR SIGN NEEDS!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Lehner, and when I say he has to be one of the best business owners I've met! He took time to explain what all his company does, gave me a tour, offered me snacks, etc! There are not many bosses like this owner who cares about his people!!! Called many different companies for a specific style of sign, Lehner Signs was the first to be able to meet my needs. They filled my request in a very professional and timely manner, and for a great price! Would definitely recommend for any and all business needs.
