Flat out Terrible Experience... I’ve been trying to get some quick and simple directional signs made to direct traffic for my facility for 4 months now. I’ve called about 20 times to the Springfield branch to try to get a quote and have it finalized without success. Never once did I call and get to talk to the person I needed to deal with. I always had to leave messages which were obviously thrown in the garbage. Place is a joke and what is a bigger joke is their five star rating. What a Scam. Trust me go to a different branch or a different company. And to the POS sales force that will leave a reply to this review, you should be ashamed!!!

FastSigns has been extremely helpful and proactive in creating professional looking and high quality banners and signage for our Schoener 5K and MusicMan Festival each year! They are extremely communicative and 'quick to the rescue' when we had a few last minute requests! They definitely live up to their name -- although they are not just 'fast' -- they are 'phenomenal!'
