Jose was professional and had great communication. From big jobs like our canopy, to our interior/exterior vinyls, their was handled with care and high attention to detail. Highly recommended and will be using them for any future jobs.

Luis and Tony at L@J Signs are amazing people. They have been doing all of my sign work for my Company Premium Properties Real Estate for the past 5 years or so. They custom built 5 large exterior signs for my different locations. They have also made window signs and interior signs as well for me. They stay in touch with me throughout the process and are very concerned about the quality of their work. I was desperate for an awning after the first contractor failed miserably. With a simple phone call, I was invited to walk through the L&J factory. Impressive. But I thought as "just a homeowner" versus a major corporation, I would be overlooked and not taken seriously. Contrare! Although my awning was tiny (in comparison to others in the shop), I was given all the attention, consideration, and immediate service of the big guys. Impressed again. And then the day of reckoning..... drum roll, drum roll. The awning was installed. A Eureka moment. Beautiful. Expert craftsmanship. Seams turned under and double stitched. Framework over the top for even this little application. An additional strut was added... just because they could.... which made me feel even more invincible against the Florida storms. The final product far exceeded my expectation! Oh but wait.... I see a single loose thread. A frantic call. What could this one dangling thread mean?!?!? L&J sent out their quality control supervisor to assure that there had been no compromise in the construction of my little awning. He snipped the one wayward thread and then did a thorough exam of the whole awning and its attachment to the house. He said, "it's perfect!" Aaaaahhhh.... I breathe a sigh of relief. I am now the happy owner of a very perfect (and really quite pretty) awning. Thanks to L&J. Would I use them again? And recommend them to my friends? You betcha!!! Bring it on, Florida storms!
