We Called about sign pricing in the beginning they were on top of there game. They came out without being asked to take pictures and measurements of the building and our sign area on the road. I mentioned we were in the process of Finding someone to redo our logo. The gentleman said send me some ideas of what you're looking for and we can probably do it. I sent general ideas of some other logos we like things from. The first Draft was like a copy and paste but with our name. I specified what we liked and didn't like about all the samples we sent over. The 2nd logo was a little better but coloring was off. I requested a change and at that time I was then told that it will be 65 dollars and hour from there forward. Ok that's fine don't mind paying for someone's time and effort hoping to have a better looking logo. Somehow the change in color came out to an hour and a half. We aren't against paying for someone's time but 1.5 hours for color swap is a bit ridiculous. I then asked if we pay this bill do we get all files to do as we please, they said no because it was with the understanding they would have our business for the signs. (They would have had our business if they wouldn't have charged us 1.5 for two simple changes). I fully understand they are a sign company and not a logo creating company. They shouldn't have took on creating our logo if They weren't going to allow us to use it for business cards and other advertising material.

Had new logo sticker printed for my business. They produced very timely. I had some damage to stickers (my fault), Superior Signs remade them, with discount. Very pleased!
