I wish I had a better experience with this company. I have used them on multiple projects for my business. I have been going back and forth waiting for an estimate that was promised 2 weeks ago. They do not respond to emails or answer the phone. I finally received an estimate today after nearly 3 weeks and the estimate is not even for what I requested. I tried to call and no answer. I have moved on to a different company at this point. I can understand being busy and understaffed but the communication is non existent.

They do get busy from time to time. Just like every other quality place! Great prices. Great products.

We have used A-Mark for over 10yrs! they are great with helping you create whatever you need. The materials are high quality and so is the printing. They helped us improve our designs for free and were very helpful. Price is good and the staff is great, they always call you as soon as your work is done. Highly recommend

Poor customer service, rude and ignore you! Also they charge you for things they didn’t actually do then ignore you even more. Explains why it’s cheaper than everyone else, bc they’re service is garbage!
