Excellent company to work with. I’ve used McHale signs twice now. They are very thorough. My sign needed a new ballast. Their tech was very courteous. The service manager Marty is great. When I talked to her she informed me that my sign was on 24 hours a day! She recommended a solar detector so I don’t pay for electricity for my sign during the day and preserve the life of my ballasts. Great company to use.

Had McHales Sign company out this morning to put up our new lighted signs and take down the old sign and pole. The employees were really nice and worked well together. They worked very quickly and cleaned up everything when they were done. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Beware! Waited MONTHS for them to get to my sign...then when they finally did they gave me a bill which I paid in full. Then 6 months later they say I still owe $500 bucks for a permit? Im sorry, if they didn't include that in the original bill that is their fault. I lost so much business not having a sign for so long, and then the price was extremely high to begin with, then to come back wanting more money? No way. Do not use them. Overpriced-- good quality sign-- but not worth the hassle overall. Many better options in town.
