We contacted PI Graphics for Decals on two trucks and a Wood chipper for our tree service company here in Eugene. It was very easy to communicate with Michael about my needs and he made great suggestions to improve upon my ideas. I'm was so happy with the process and decided to go back and place a order for company shirts and hats in addition. Everything turned out better than anticipated and the cost was more than reasonable. I highly suggest using PI graphics in Eugene, they will have my continued business and recommendation.

Excellent work and attention to detail. Mike and Kolby go above and beyond to get the job done right. Pi Graphics is the place to go if you need any kind of vinyl work done for a work vehicle, or personal.

Poor customer service. Went to get a bid and they never called me back to give me the quote. When I called back to get the price, the older gentleman said I missed my appointment and he said they lost money because I didn’t show up. I tried to be polite and asked who made the appointment because I had not made it or even received a quote. He looked into it and told me the appointment was a mistake because another worker had made it (not me). Then I said, then it’s not my fault they lost any money because I had not made the appointment, but he got mad and hung up on me. I would have loved to have been a paying customer, but they can’t blame miscommunication of the shop on other people. Had to go elsewhere and received great service.

This is my first time using PI Graphics and I'm excited to say excellent job Mike A+! From the moment they answered the phone till the time I picked up my order outstanding professionalism. I'm just a guy who wanted 14 4'"circle vinyl decals done. I sent him my art he quoted a very reasonable rate, I added a request if 7 could be done in white and seven black, again no issues, no price adjustment, no games, just done! I called to follow up to see when I could expect to see the work done, he said it will be done by 2pm today... So I arrived a bit after 3pm and everything was ready to go I handed them my card and he handed me a receipt and out the door I went! 100% satisfied! So I get home and sit down to really look them over and to my surprise there was not seven each... there was eight!!! Mike really knows how to make all his costumes feel like they matter, even a small guy just like me.

Super pleased with their quality of work and attention to details. I went in with a vague image in my head and transformed it into reality! Highly recommend
