We had a last minute request for a vinyl installation and Fast Signs was able to come through for us and do the onsite installation the next day. I am pleased with the timeliness and and work.

We have been using Fast Signs for over 10 years and their work is always consistent and perfect. Extremely easy to work with and prompt turn around.

First and foremost, I don’t typically go out of my way to leave terrible reviews but here I am. Miriam - or however you spell her name was terrible. We went to fast signs in need of a printed backdrop in which we needed quickly. Since they are indeed called FAST signs, we went to them. We were quoted a bit over $1100 for the 10 x 8 printed backdrop along with the stand and having it printed quickly. Although this was a bit pricey compared to what we were quoted before, we were more than willing to pay (and Miriam clearly was shocked when we were glad to pay). She said she would get the quotes entered in and send us an email to a portal after we left the store. Long story short, the portals price showed $0, which was incorrect so when I called later that day, I was told they were about to close but to call tomorrow. They even spoke with the owner to verify that I’d get the same price. The next morning they waited all day to tell me they couldn’t do it after numerous phone calls with Miriam. We were able to get a more luxury sign from a very caring man printed beautifully in Fort Lauderdale called EASYSIGNS (he ships everywhere) for $400 and he was able to make it next day. Needless to say, they have the worst customer service and they missed out on an opportunity with someone who regularly spends thousands monthly on printed materials. I just want nobody else to experience this. 0/10 would not recommend this business as they are very unorganized and overpriced for the low-quality printing advertised throughout the store.
