Customer service was great, Hailey was super to work with. The entire process; design thru delivery was seamless and simple. Received my sign, designed to my specifications perfectly and promptly. Great experience.

This is an update on a once five-star review. You can't call yourself fast signs if you're going to charge a 75% Rush fee on something that A. you've done for me before in 24 hours and B your 3 to 5 day turnaround time that you told me is the same and or longer than everybody else in town. Your corporate website says most jobs can be done in 24 hours you have my artwork you've made the sign before it's a small sign with less than 50 characters on it and you need a three to five day turnaround for a returning repeat client. That doesn't make sense to me you shouldn't call yourself fast sign

I was having some communication issues with my order, it was taking a long time and things kept coming out wrong. I was very frustrated with the final product, but when I went in they were understanding and fixed it exactly the way I wanted. In the end, I don't need perfection from a business as long as they are willing to make it right. Jae, the designer, was very fast and got it just right once I was able to speak directly to her. I am very happy with the end result and I thank the staff for making sure I was happy with the product.

Always a pleasure working with the team as Tacoma Fast Signs. They have always been so responsive and were able to get my banner ready within my desired time. I do all my designs but they did all the hard work of printing and having it ready for pickup. I've printed from them for a couple of years. Price is a plus!!
