Very concerning that a company of this size, can not pay an invoice of a very small amount. We received a purchase order on 2/28/2022 to perform the work. The work was completed to satisfaction and invoice on 3/31/22. The invoice is now at 112 days. We have not been notified that there was any issue with the work performed. We were led to believe that this invoice was going to be paid with some other invoices that were paid back in mid June. These invoices were also past the 45 day terms. When we called AP about the small invoice, we were told that they had removed us from their system, but she would follow up on it, and call us back. We received no call back. Called again, and she said she see's the invoice now, but is not sure why it is not paid. Told us she would follow up with the CFO, who was going to be in town. Never received a call back. Called again, and this time she said she forgot to ask about it, but would talk to the Treasurer, who was in town, and get back to us. Did not receive a call back. As of today we will be sending a Demand Letter, along with a Notice to the property holder of our intent to Lien. All of this for such a small invoice, is very hard to understand. I will keep this site updated as to the status of payment, or lack thereof.

Updating my review, which was originally 5 stars. It's been 2-1/2 years since Freeman installed our sign. It recently began to flicker, due to a failing power supply. I contacted Freeman to see about getting the sign serviced and I was told they would be out the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, no service. No communication. After waiting all week to see if they would show up, I contacted them again on Saturday. Sunday, I ordered the part and today I installed it myself. So sad to get this sort of service after the sign was installed. They were terrific during the design/install period, but definitely dropped the ball here.

I spent $700.00 to have my sign repaired in December 2019. The sign stopped working in January 2020. They came back and repaired it under warranty. It stopped working again in March and they now say it’s out of warranty!

Freeman Signs did a great job on our Uniform Destination sign in the Castle Rock Outlet Mall. We will be going back to them for all future new locations.
