Neal made me a beautiful neon light 30 years ago. When it stopped working earlier this year, I took it to him for repair. He charged $180. A week after I got it back, it exploded and was destroyed. I've been waiting six months for him to replace it. I call every couple of months to inquire about the status and he offers nothing but excuses and promises. Finally, I showed up at his place and asked him to do the right thing and return my $180 and he said flatly, "Well, that's not gonna happen." Five stars for his creative skills; zero for his business ethic.

Neil and Ron at Neon Latitudes did an amazing job repairing a antique neon clock. I expressed interest in his art and he showed me "how it is done". It was amazing.. If you need neon repairing, or want a custom made sign or artwork, he is the artist to do it.
