Had a great experience with them. The printing quality was excellent, the process was smooth, I got all the answers I needed from them and we got everything before we expected them. Appreciate their work very much!

Terrible customer service. Went in for a $12 project, wasn’t informed of needing a “down payment” for a $12 sign, left saying I’d get a proof the next day. Never received a proof until 4 days later after I called. Man on the phone said they needed “more information” from me before they could do anything. WHY wasn’t this information taken when I first went to the store to begin with!? Few more days pass and I hear nothing. I call the store and they said they need a down payment (for a $12 sign), and they claimed they emailed me about it. Low and behold I check my email to find I got an email at 5:30pm the night before. Who is sending business emails this late? Then I tell the man on the phone I’m going to get my credit card... this is where it gets fun: he thinks I put him on hold, but I only muted my phone. While I’m walking to get my wallet I can hear chatter coming from the phone, he assumed I couldn’t hear him talking negatively about me to his coworker. Was quite amusing. The man was openly talking trash about me to his coworker assuming I couldn’t hear it. Usually I wouldn’t write anyone a bad review, especially over a $12 sign, but this was too good to pass up.

Excellent customer service, I needed a windshield decal installed for my car, they were able to quickly and precisely get the decal centered and installed, mind you, outside in the direct sun with 90 degree temps , this goes above and beyond, especially since the decal was not one they had made!!!!

Great staff and great graphics! Signs Now Winter Park has helped me and my family's business gain many jobs because of the awesome signs they made for us that we put out for advertising. Just want to throw a good word out to Trey M. - So nice and friendly! We lost our logo documents for our business when some things got deleted and not only did he send me the info, he made up a couple different templates for me. You're awesome!
