I've waited for several months to write this review to ensure that I'm not writing from an emotional place but one of logic and perspective.
They did an excellent job in some areas. Still, the poor elements of their service overshadowed them.
Today's culture tends to use 5-stars as the default for meeting expectations and 1-star as a way to punish a company when they do one little thing the consumer doesn't like. I've attempted NOT to do that here, but give them a fair assessment.
I had them create 2 wallpaper murals for my office. One of them I love despite some of the design challenges that were my fault, and the other is a constant annoyance every day when I walk into my lobby. Let's start with what I love.
They created a word wall for my boardroom, and it was not an easy application. The walls are not square, and with words creating multiple horizontal and vertical lines, they did an exceptional job finding the happy medium between what is literally level, vs. what LOOKS level to the eye. The color of each piece of the wallpaper matches perfectly, and you can barely see the seams. The installation was great, and they had an opportunity to demonstrate great customer service: Due to a design flaw while the wallpaper was being installed, we discovered the place where we allowed a space for the power outlet was off by several feet. It was slightly concerning that they didn't seem to think it was a problem during installation. Had I not walked in to check on their progress, they would have just installed it as is without pausing to ask me if that was really what I wanted.
I had them stop the installation, speak with the designer (not theirs), and redesign the layout to create the space for the power outlet. They reprinted the piece and installed it the next day, only charging me for the extra work, which was a reasonable request on their part. So that type of flexibility and ability to upgrade the reprint ahead of their current production schedule was very impressive. I just couldn't get past their lack of concern for the apparent error that wasn't even their fault. So, it showed excellent customer service but a lack of attention to detail. Overall though, the wall looks amazing in the end, and I love looking at it every day.
The lobby mural, however, is a far different story. The printing of the various panel's color matching is noticeably off. And when they were installing it, I questioned them that the color was off, they agreed but didn't offer any solution or reprint options, and they just kept installing it, almost as if to hope I wouldn't care. I do care, and it doesn't look very good. I'm pretty sure if this mural were in their lobby, they would have replaced the two off-color panels. But with me, they just silently walked out of the office when they were done without even asking me if I was happy. I've waited to see if the color would fade a bit so that it isn't as noticeable. Still, it hasn't faded (which is, frankly, an excellent testimony to the quality of their prints). Still, every day I walk in, my eye goes straight to the prominent discoloration on the seem, which completely ruins the effect. This, along with the formatting mistake on the conference room wallpaper, makes me believe they don't have strong attention to detail. And when that happens, rarely will someone take the time to fight it; they will take their business elsewhere as I will when it's time to repaint the mural and come up with a new design.
Now you could criticize me for not demanding they fix it. Fair assessment. But should I have had to insist? A company that cares about its craftsmanship should have never allowed it to end up on the wall.
Had they not been so flexible and cooperative in fixing the formatting error in the boardroom, they would have got a 1-star rating. I feel that 2-stars are not accurate either, but 3-stars give them too much credit. If I could give them 2.5 stars, I would. To keep from being the unreasonable angry customer, I've settled on the 3-star rating, but it's not how I truly feel.

We have everything wonderful to say about this business!!! I called and told them exactly what I needed, they said they would call back and replied right away with great communication!! Highly recommended A+ service!!! The decal they put on looks amazing. Thank you for helping us honor our mother ❤️

I've used Bob for years for promotional products and logo merchandise that I need for my business. This was the first opportunity to use him for some office signage and it was fantastic.
