I just had the most frustrating conversation with Renee, the billing "specialist" for Routh Signs. I initially called Renee to move forward with the design that myself and Alex (design specialist) had worked out for my company vehicle. I am a small seasonal business and from the time this process started, in May 2021, fortunately I have been extremely busy and had no time to move forward with production of my vehicle wrap. When I spoke to Renee today, whose disposition leaves a lot to be desired, I told her I was ready to move forward with the design and how do I pay the deposit to get started. She then informed me that the LIVE invoice #27366 they sent to me was not for the full amount. This was extremely bewildering to me, as I tried unsuccessfully to explain to Renee, since I paid the initial deposit they required that now I am ready to proceed with the final invoice they sent was not for the full amount. Even though the amount she told me was an additional $50 it really left a bad taste in my mouth as I have been in communication with Alex for several months and additional fees where never discussed. Not to mention the final LIVE invoice Renee sent me did not include any additional fees outside the design for my vehicle. Maybe Renee was trying to get money out of my business for her own personal reasons, which prompted me to write this lengthy review, which by the way should only be zero stars but obviously that wasn't an option. Again I am a small business and obviously ROUTH SIGNS only caters to their larger customers whom do not care if additional unrevealed charges are added to the invoice in the classic Bait-n-Switch tactic Overall and because of Renee's awful and very rude disposition and attitude I came to the conclusion to take my business elsewhere because if Renee would be that nasty with me when I was trying to give them money, how would my experience have been if I actually let them complete my vehicle wrap project??? Remember, I called them to move forward with my design and ready to pay the deposit and this review is the outcome with my conversation with Renee, the so called "billing specialist". I am very disappointed in the service of how I was treated by this so called "professional". I am still going to get my business vehicle wrapped, as that was the plan all along, but most definitely not by ROUTH SIGNS. THANKS ROUTH SIGNS FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By the way...the call ended with Renee hanging up in my face. Let that be a lesson to any small business out there looking to get their vehicle wrapped by ROUGH SIGNS!!!!! Word of advice...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT TREATS THEIR EXISTING AND POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS WITH REVERENCE AND RESPECT.
