Great Service! they always reply back when I ask for update on our signage and calls me back or pick up the phone the soonest when I call! And most of all Excellent job doing our Signage! More power to your business!

These people don't have any customer service, they are very rude and unfriendly. They do not even deserve one star, if they give you a much less quote just go pay someone with a higher quote and you get better service. All these people who give 5 stars must be friends or family.

We had built a custom bar with a large empty wall behind. Decided wanted an old school neon. After much looking we decided on YC even though we live in So Cal. Could not have made a better choice. Our neon martini glass was perfect. Our communication had been good but it is still hard to convey what you want by phone & email. YC understood and gave us just what we wanted. We highly recommend them.

We have had 2 signs made by them. Fast forward a few years, we get no call backs, no one answers and their voice mails are full. They used to be hard to reach or get any follow-up but they were cheap. 1 of their signs they made for us, an outdoor sign, is bleeding colors badly and looks to be rusting after a few years. This initiated our first call. None of the other signs in our mall have this issue after MANY more years. This sign is only 3 years old. They never even managed to finish hooking up the power even though its an electrical sign. For nearly 2 years now it has stood unpowered. The 2nd sign we had to move to a larger location and the installation was found to be extremely sub par. Apparently they ran out of screws as they came around the left side of the installation and resorted to industrial tape to hang the sign. I have tried for a month now to reach this company with no luck. Just today I tried for the last time and got a message their voice mail was full. Buyer beware.

We just opened a Liquidation Depot across the street from you guys at 3700 W. Desert Inn and needed new signs installed, we spoke to Janelle at the office she was super fast and responsive to our needs, Julio came the same day and made the installations we can’t be more thankful, you have our business forever.
