Horrible on all accounts! Purchased what was to be an awesome sign, it worked very well for about 3 months. This was four years ago, after that 3rd month it has never worked continuously for more than a few weeks. Marion had given us a 5 year warranty (part and labor). He will not even return a phone call or text. We still should have about 6 months of warranty and nothing. I'm currently dealing with one of his ex-employees who is trying his best to get us up and running. I wish I had never dealt with New Media!!!!

Our experience with this company was outstanding. They delivered a very large sign to out business and hung it up with ease. The sign looks great. We are very happy and will be using this company again in the future. They also have good, affordable options if you are wanting to move your sign in the future. The installers were friendly and the owner was on site to supervise. Thanks for the good work New Media.

New Media sold and installed my led digital sign over 8 years ago. I have had to call for service 3 times, the first time was a warranty call and the other 2 times were lightning related. They were always quick to respond and, I feel fair on their pricing. We recently replaced our office computer and needed the software installed on another computer to communicate with the sign. I took my laptop to their shop and they installed the software on it for free since they did not have to drive to my site. Because they saved my file from over 8 years ago they had all of the information about my sign to set up the software and when I brought the laptop back to my site it worked perfectly and still does. I will buy my next sign from These guys. They are first class and dependable and reasonable.

New Media did a beautiful job on two "Welcome to South Carolina" signs. The work was top quality, their team is very professional and knowledgeable. The timeline was agreed to and met. Their work is great and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I purchased my 1st sign from New Media in 2001, purchased and LED sign from them in 2006 and have purchased multiple over signs from them over the years. It is a family owned business. They are very personable with quality built signs.
