First i'm given a quote for the job from Dina Jackson, then told it's actually a wrong quote and I have to resign documents because the price has changed. then the parts aren't shipped out, they don't even know where they're at somehow and it's delayed by over a week and I have to keep checking up on things constantly to make sure it gets done, and now weeks after the service has been done I get an email and a call saying "you haven't paid up" "you need to respond or else it will be sent to collections" when all of the payment processing was done via email with Dina Jackson. Extremely annoying company to work with, and one of the two LED panels they replaced is extremely brighter than all the rest of the other working good ones on the screen. They fixed it from being a completely dead panel (broken) to one that looks a ton brighter from the rest (looking broken in a different way) I didn't even reach out to address it, and just accepted it because I didn't even want to have to deal with them anymore after my experience.

My sign shop has done 8 jobs for this company, helping make them look good. It's now been 5 months with NO PAYMENT on any of them. Their excuse "we pay when we get paid" but won't tell me anything else and gets very rude when we question it, blaming it on their own "upper management" decisions. Do you really want to deal with a company that can not pay their vendors? SHAME ON YOU NATIONAL SIGNS!!!

We used National Signs for our church coffee shop. Andy was the rep I worked with and was fantastic! This company was very reliable, honest, and worked with professionalism! They definitely deliver great work at affordable prices!
