Mark Abbott was very helpful! We walked in, explained our design intentions, and were able to provide him with the graphic file. Within two days, he delivered "EXACTLY" what we wanted! Great job and certainly lived up to the name, "FastSigns." I would recommend them to anyone and will happily continue the relationship.

This is not a customer-oriented business. A couple of weeks ago I ordered a banner in this store. The order form had 2 lines – Line1 for the banner confirmation and Line 2 for order preparation and processing. It also included the following requirement: “Approve EACH product by clicking the green 'approve product' buttons”. I asked them to add an additional basic door sign. But upon receiving the updated quote (this time it had 3 lines - Lines 1 & 2 per item and Line 3 for order preparation) and proof, discovered the additional product did not look good, so I did not approve it (I approved line 1 only). Despite this, I was still charged for both the banner and the sign because I had paid 100% in advance, including around $85 for the sign. In 2-3 days, I stopped by to pick up the banner, but was given the sign as well. In my haste there was some confusion and I accidentally grabbed both items. I returned to the store 3 times to discuss what could be done since they had printed the sign without approval. I finally talked to the manager over the phone. I requested a new quote and offered to pay their cost ($50) for the new sign, but they refused. The manager said "... with my confirmation of line 1...", I approved the whole order. And finally they closed the online links so there is no longer a record of the order, and I can’t get an electronic copy of the receipt.

Customer service was great and our aluminum sign is beautiful! True to their name, the turnaround time was fast as well!
