Andy, the owner was extremely helpful and patient. There were a lot of folks involved so it made it difficult to get things finalized from our side but in the end we are very happy with the product and service. Andy's office staff are very friendly and helpful. The only negative is that early on in the process it was taking a lot of time to receive initial design proposals and receipt of revised designs were not always timely. In hindsight, it would have moved the process along a bit quicker if we had met rather than email back and forth. In the end that is what we did and it moved the project forward and it was delivered on time. The installer was excellent and the installation was seamless. We are looking forward to working with Andy in 2020 on some other projects.
